If you love quick, cozy makes, the Macy Vest is a chunky crochet sweater vest pattern that delivers instant style with minimal fuss.

The Perfect Easy Weekend Crochet Project
The Macy Sweater Vest is a quick and easy crochet project, using just basic stitches like double crochet, half double crochet, and single crochet.
It is worked from the bottom up, starting with the ribbed trim.
The Yarn
This crochet sweater vest is made with WeCrochet Brava Bulky (#5). This yarn is a 100% premium acrylic yarn. It comes in a beautiful variety of colors and can be machine washed and dried. I really enjoyed how soft and durable it was while I was crocheting with it, and when I wore the vest.
Yarn Substitutes:
Loops & Threads Carousel Twist (#5)

Ways to Style the Vest
This crochet sweater vest is incredibly versatile and so easy to style. Living in Florida, I don’t usually need extra layers for warmth, but this vest fits both worlds — throw it over a basic tee or a crisp button-down, or wear it on its own for that modern, on-trend look everyone’s loving right now. Both ways look so cute!
