Made from a luxurious merino/silk blend yarn, this light crochet sweater feels amazing to wear! DK weight yarn gives it a nice drape that skims the figure. It also creates a lighter crochet fabric that’s great for summertime or warmer climates.

Crochet Short Sleeve Sweater Details
This crochet short sleeve sweater is made with DK (#3) weight yarn. I used WeCrochet Gloss, in the colorway Proper Pink, for my sweater. Gloss is a super soft yarn made of 70% merino wool and 30% silk. It will give your finished sweater a beautiful shine!
Some other great yarn options would be Mary Maxim Mellowspun DK or WeCrochet Swish DK.
The Quiet Morning Pullover is a top-down sweater with a circular yoke. This sweater is worked in the round with turned rows with a small ribbing trim at the neckline, end of sleeves, and hem.
This sweater is easy to customize! As written, it falls just at the hip. But you make it can any length by crocheting fewer rows. Visit this post to learn how adjust crochet garments for a custom fit.
This pattern is rated Intermediate in pattern difficulty. It comes with instructions for 9 sizes – women’s XS through 5X. These nine sizes will fit a bust range of 28″ – 62″.
