Big welcome to guest designer Stacy’s Stitches who is sharing this fabulous scarf with us 🙂

“I have been so inspired by so many amazing hand dyed yarns over the last couple years. And I’ve been buying them up like candy! I had so much of this amazing yarn and was getting tired of making socks which is what I originally told myself I was buying it all for.

I was inspired by the beautiful colors and the lightness and high quality of the fiber, and wanted to design a warm weather statement piece. This scarf is the perfect layering piece to transition from hot summer days to cooler summer nights. Toss it on for a stroll downtown, a midnight walk by the water, or cozying up next to a fire pit.”

-Stacy

This pattern comes with two sizes: a longer scarf with more dramatic drape, or a shorter style – more like a cowl.

About the Designer

Stacy began crocheting in 2016 for no real reason other than it seemed fun at the time. Now she is a full on crazy crochet lady with an out of control yarn stash and even more patterns on her to-do list. She enjoys making a variety of different types of projects, both of her own design and from all the other amazing designers in the industry. She uses her blog to share her crochet journey with others by sharing all the cool things she makes and linking back to all the pattern designers and yarn makers she uses for my projects.

Stacy is from Lincoln, Nebraska, and when she is not crocheting (or working), you’ll find her watching baseball, soaking up the sun whenever she can and planning my next travel adventure.
