A special thank you to Furls Crochet for providing the yarn for this pattern!

Woman wearing a light blue crochet top, called the Larkin Tee.

The Larkin Tee is a simple, scoop neckline, slightly oversized crochet tee that is both comfortable and stylish!

I am so excited to share the Larkin Tee crochet pattern as part of the 2021 Furl’s Crochet Blog Hop! I used Furls Whims Merino Worsted Yarn to make this crochet top!

Pattern Details

The Larkin Tee crochet pattern is a top down, circular yoke workup with no sewing needed!

This pattern is rated Intermediate in pattern difficulty. It uses the double crochet and the herringbone double crochet stitch. Some knowledge of crocheting garments will be helpful, but not necessary.

The Larkin Tee crochet pattern calls for worsted weight (#4) yarn. I used Furls Crochet Whims Merino Worsted in the colorway periwinkle.

Whims Merino worsted yarn is made of 50% fine superwash merino and 50% nylon. This is one of my favorite fiber combos! It makes the yarn so soft, but also so sturdy!

This yarn is a z-twist yarn, giving it amazing stitch definition!

The Larkin Tee is slightly oversized with 3-4″ of positive ease and the pattern comes in sizes XS-XL.

This crochet pattern is rated intermediate. It is a very simple circular yoke, top down workup, but you will need to know how to do the herringbone double crochet stitch.

  1. Hi! Lovely top. In the sizing and yardage, are those measurements for the bust or the finished garment measurements? Thank you!
