About Bramley
The Bramley Sweater is a button mock neck style sweater featuring sport weight yarn and a simple stitch combo.
This crochet pattern is worked in pieces and sewn together at the end. The neckline trim and buttons are added at the end. A simple stitch variation of alternating working in the back and front loops of the stitches give it the amazing texture it has.
This pattern comes in men’s sizes Small through 5X. It includes a size chart and schematic. The model in the photos is wearing a size Small. Please check out my guide to crocheting men’s garments for more details on how to choose the right size.
The Yarn
The Bramley Sweater is made using WeCrochet Wool of the Andes Sport. This is a sport (#2) weight yarn made of 100% Peruvian Highland wool.
This yarn is sturdy and strong. It is great for warm garments and accessories. It needs to be hand washed and dried flat.
