The Remi Raglan Sweater crochet pattern is simple, top down, and no sew! This is a true raglan workup using just one stitch to create this beautiful sweater!
I created the Remi Raglan crochet sweater pattern for a guest post on The Hook Nook Blog!
The Remi Raglan has stripes, using 3 colors, at the top and over the shoulders.
Then you go into one main color for the body and the sleeves of the sweater.
You finish off with a contrasting stripe at the bottom of both the body and sleeves. It’s a simple, yet timeless piece.
Pattern Details
The Remi Raglan uses sport (#2) weight yarn.
I used Knit Picks Brava Sport to create my sample sweater.I love using Brava Sport because it is soft, durable, and really affordable. At only $1.99 a skein (273 yards) I am able to get a lot of yarn for making sweaters like this one.
This yarn is 100% acrylic, but is very soft. It also washes really well. I can machine wash a project and lay it flat to dry and it will come out looking good as new. No pilling or fuzz.
This crochet pattern comes in women’s sizes XS to 3X.
It is an intermediate difficulty level. You need to know how to do the herringbone dc stitch and change colors.
The color possibilities for this are endless. You can choose a main color and two contrasting colors or do it all in one color.
It’s easy to adjust the length of this pattern if you need a longer sweater. It’s a very comfortable, basic sweater that will stand the test of time!
