Pattern Inspiration

After I published the Brimstone Beanie crochet pattern, I started getting requests for a cowl to match.

So I set out for more Lion Brand Jeans yarn and got to work! I used the same stitch pattern to create this beautiful cowl!

Pattern Details

This cowl  uses only one skein of Lion Brand Jeans yarn or about 246 yards of a light worsted (#4) weight yarn.

I am so in love with Lion Brand Jeans yarn. It truly looks like denim! Plus, it’s so soft and easy to work with! I highly recommend this yarn to everyone I talk to!

The cowl is a fun workup with different stitch combos for each round, so you’ll never get bored with this one!

It is rated easy on the difficulty scale and one size fits all!

I just love how beautiful and delicate it looks! This cowl would make a lovely gift or a great item to sell at market and craft fairs!

I fall more in love with Lion Brand Jeans yarn every time I use it! It is soft and squishy and the colors are SO vibrant and fun! Some of them really look like true denim! I definitely recommend this yarn for both the cowl and the beanie!
