The Little Textures Baby Skirt is a fun project is an adorable crochet baby skirt that is full of fun texture! This easy skirt with ruffles is great for baby to wear with your favorite onesie or can even be worn in photos and for dress up!
Pattern Inspiration
I first designed the Little Textures Baby Pants for my brand new nephew, and then I got the idea to make a skirt! I wanted something a bit more feminine and something that could be made for photography as well as every day wear!
Pattern Details
This cute crochet baby skirt uses worsted weight (#4) yarn. I used Lion Brand Yarn Mandala Ombre for my sample.
Mandala Ombre is such a fun yarn for little projects like this! It is a 100% acrylic yarn that gradually blends from one color to another! This yarn is super soft and comes in 12 colorways!
The skirt is worked from the top down with an optional straight or ruffled trim. There is also a drawstring option to get a better fit for baby in the waist. *Please do not leave baby unattended at any time with the drawstring.
This crochet baby skirt pattern comes in 6 sizes, from newborn to 24 months!
