The Yarn

For this crochet project I used Heatherly Worsted (#4) from WeCrochet. Heatherly is 80% acrylic, 20% merino wool and comes in 20 beautiful colorways.

This yarn is a wonderful yarn for most garments. It’s soft, easy to work with, and can be machine washed and dried.

I chose the colorway Key Lime for my crochet cardigan.

A few other yarn options for this crochet cardigan pattern are:

Brava Worsted (#4) – 100% acrylic

Basic Stitch (#4) – 100% acrylic

Swish Worsted (#4) – 100% Fine Superwash Merino Wool

Pattern Notes:

Cardigan is worked in 3 panels that are sewn together. Sleeves and trim are added at the end.

Starting ch does not count as first stitch, unless stated otherwise within the pattern.

Pattern is written in smallest size with additional sizes in parentheses as follows: XS (S, M, L, XL)(2X, 3X, 4X, 5X). Final stitch count for ALL sizes will be in parentheses at the end of each round/row.

There is no specific right side. You will determine the RS when you sew your panels together.Stitch tutorial:  https://youtu.be/Jxpo7UiaZ6U
