I am so excited to share the new Bobble Ridge Beanie! This crochet beanie features all kinds of fun stitches, giving it a fun texture and unique look!
Pattern Inspiration
I was inspired to make a quick hat pattern for gifting over the holidays! Hats typically only take me 2-3 hours to work up, and I love to gift them!
I went with some fun triple crochet and bobble variations to give it height, texture, and uniqueness. This hat looks great both solid and in multiple colors!
You can get super creative with this hat and it’s a fun one to make!
Pattern Details
This crochet beanie is made with worsted (#4) weight yarn. I used Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran for my first hat. Simply Aran is 100% acrylic and is so soft! It is one of my favorite worsted weight yarns.
For my second hat, I used a combination of WeCrochet Brava Worsted and Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn. Both are great yarns that I use often!
This crochet beanie is worked from the bottom up, starting with the brim. A pom is optional.
The crochet pattern is rated Intermediate in pattern difficulty. It includes some intermediate stitches such as the triple crochet stitch and small bobble stitch. There are stitch instructions for both within the pattern.
The pattern comes in sizes toddler, child, and adult. It is a fitted hat with a very small slouch to it.
