Choosing Your Yarn
When it comes to choosing the yarn for your wattle stitch hat, you’ll just need to pick something that is worsted (#4) weight, soft, and easy to care for.
I used WeCrochet Mighty Stitch worsted yarn for my wattle stitch hats. I love how soft and squishy this yarn is! It comes in many beautiful colors also, including some gorgeous heathered colors!
Some other great yarn choices for this hat are:
Swish Worsted – 100% Fine Superwash Merino Wool
Jeans Worsted – 100% Acrylic
Basic Stitch – 100% Acrylic
